ONLINE ROUND DATE/SLOT - 24-OCT-18 9PM
MARK-E-NOVA is an amalgamation of Marketing and Innovation. This event will test your marketing quotient, challenge your wits and get your blood pumping. The event usually comprises of three rounds, starting with an online elimination round. We will be waiting for you at the campus to take you on the exciting ride of 'MARK-E-NOVA 2018'.
Number of participants in a team (MIN-MAX): 3
Number of rounds: 3
This competition is open to only full time MBA students from B-schools
A team must consist of at least 3 with one of the members nominated as the team leader
All members of a team should be from the same institute
A team can have members having cross specializations
A student cannot be a part of more than one team
Only applicants within the registration timeframe will be accepted. Organisers reserve the
right to check the validity of the registration information submitted at any point of time
Any deviation from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team
There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute
Only the team leader must register for the online quiz for the team to participate, no other
member from the team can register separately
Decision of Organizing Committee will be binding in case of an issue/tie/discrepancy
Qualifying Round - An Online Quiz
Where: On dare2compete portal or
The quiz will grill you on your knowledge on various domains
All registered teams will have to participate in this round to be eligible for the finale
Quiz will be of maximum 20 minutes.
Second Round – The Marketing Pentagon (Campus Round)
It is an amalgamation of 5 booths. Each booth will have unique rounds testing the participants on
various aspects of marketing knowledge.

Final Round: Case Study Presentation (Campus Round)
The teams will be given a real life situation based on retail marketing. Each of the teams will
have to give marketing solutions on the lines of STP. They can present the same using a PPT/
Video/ Article etc.
